    Applied Insight (AI) is seeking a talented SCA-Administrative Support Specialist in Springfield, VA

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting senior intelligence analysts or investigators in obtaining/collecting all documents and information to complete case files
    • Creating reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations management briefings
    • Planning and conducting a variety of quantitative and qualitative studies, analyses, assessments, and evaluation related to criminal investigation cases
    • Reviewing data for completeness of information and proper execution
    • Assisting USMS staff with requisitions and procurement actions
    • Extracting data from other investigative agencies and databases
    • Analyzing collected data and preparing reports from said data
    • Establishing and maintaining physical and automated files
    • Gather information and organize tracking systems
    • Verifying case files and case tracking systems
    • Distributing, receiving, and storing documents
    • Performing word processing relevant to case documentation
    • Performing data entry relevant to cases statistics
    • Organize shipment and receipt of equipment to and from customer warehouse facility
    • Track vehicle logs
    • Participate in weekly roll call for radio checks, management of property transactions and assist in warehouse, building and vehicle maintenance
    • Provide support in assigned missions, disaster relief efforts and deployable field units
    • Assist Electronics Technicians in programming of radio systems and firmware updates

    Qualifications

    • TS Clearance preferred or must be clearable (US citizen)
    • The ability to work in a high-security environment and observe all required security procedures
    • A minimum of two years of experience using Microsoft Office products
